2 – 48” Linestop fittings for DIP Water Pipeline (80 PSI or less) (JCM 442 Fusion Epoxy Coated with Stainless Steel Bolts – AIS Compliant Except Flanges on Linestop fittings and the will be American Made)
2 – Installation of saddles with air test.
2 – Hot Taps to allow for linestop entry
2 – Insertion of 48” linestop for 30 Days
2 – 6” Saddle, tap, and temporary valve for blow down and equalizing pressure to remove linestop. Set completion plug and remove valve
2 – Removal of Linestop, install completion plug and Blind Flange
ITEM 2 – 24” Hot Tap DIP 2 – 48” X 24” Tapping Sleeve for DIP Water Main (JCM 412 Epoxy Coated with Stainless Steel Bolts AIS Compliant)
2 – Installations of Tapping Sleeves and Contractor Furnished Valve.
2 – Air Testing of Tapping Sleeve and Valve.
2 – 24” Hot Taps on 48” DIP Water Main (125 PSI or Less) Through contractor furnished Tapping Valve
2– Air Testing of tapping equipment (MJ or Flange Connection, confirm at time of order)
2 – IFT to provide and Install 24” Blind Flanges for Tapping Valves
